This serves to inform our valued clients that ONLY the IDM Main Campus library will be open this Saturday the 24th January 2026.
We wish to further convey that the Francistown and West Wing Libraries will be opened starting from the weekend of Saturday the 31st January 2026 onwards.
The IDM community is further informed that the electronic library is accessible through the setlhare.idmbls.com platform with 24/7 access via a reliable internet connectivity.

Kindly note that the ICDL resit examination will be conducted on Monday, 19 January 2026, at 10:00 hrs.
All eligible students are required to make payment at the Accounts Office before reporting to the examination venue. IDM Accounts Office receipts will be used as the entry requirement for the examination.
Please note that only students who have one (1) remaining slot, as per system requirements, are eligible to register for this resit examination.
Ensure that all requirements are met before the examination date.

To: IDM Library Clients.
IDM Library clients are informed that during the end of semester vacation and Christmas holidays, the Main, West and Francistown library will be opening from 0830 Am to 1630PM, Monday to Friday starting Thursday the 27th November 2025 till the 02nd of January 2026.
During the above mentioned period, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the library will be closed.
The library will resume normal opening hours from Monday the 05th January 2026.
