The Basketball Ladies Team Captain is none other than Tumelo Ratlhogo, an all-rounded athlete who previously acquired admirable accolades in the field events such as Javelin, Discuss, and Shot Put, winning a Gold medal at the BOTESSA National Athletics Championships earlier in the year.
Tumelo also represented Botswana in the Africa Junior Championships in Zambia in May 2023. The 2nd Year BSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management student at IDM is also a player for Police Netball team and an athlete for Lefika Athletics Club.
